Job Responsibilities:

Supervise civil and structural works based on design drawings and consultant amendments.

Monitor contractor activities, especially concrete works, to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Liaise with contractors for document clarifications and proactively resolve potential site issues.

Address design/document discrepancies and confirm practical realization of design assumptions.

Ensure proper site safety, security, and minimal public disturbance.

Maintain site records, verify material testing, and review contractor methods.

Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and contractors on architectural, structural, M&E matters.

Provide regular construction progress reports to Management.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and local regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building, or related field.

Registered IOW requirement will be an advantage

Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in property development or construction.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficient in MS Office.

Skilled in project coordination and managing multiple priorities.

Able to communicate effectively across all levels.

Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to work.

Experience with CONQUAS, QLASSIC, or similar quality assessment systems.
