Get to Know the Role

• We seek a City Marketplace & Retention Specialist to provide comprehensive insights into the city marketplace, shape Grab's growth strategy, and act as the city's expert offering advice on new product launches and strategy execution.
• You will report to the Marketplace & Retention Lead and be based onsite in Kota Bahru.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Analyze marketplace performance data and prepare reports and insights on the city's marketplace condition.
• Monitor on-ground sentiment through engagement activities and surveys; maintain strong relationships with Driver-partners and Delivery-partners to gather ground truth.
• Provide city insights and recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Identify issues and opportunities within the city and propose strategies to align with goals and resources for growth.
• Coordinate and execute campaigns, events, or projects independently and as part of a team.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, business, tech, strategy, or business development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills—comfortable engaging with new people and building relationships with Driver-partners, Delivery-partners, and government officials.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
