Job Summary

The role is for a highly skilled Network Engineer with data center implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and experience with network design, planning, implementation, and troubleshooting, specifically focused on Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet network devices.

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate and coordinate between teams, engineers, leadership, and regulatory compliance teams to facilitate technology requirements, including holding meetings and collecting evidence.
2. Track, analyze, and manage remediation plans for network vulnerabilities. Work with information protection teams to monitor scans, report vulnerabilities, and close security findings.
3. Provide periodic performance reports for management review, offering insights on improvements and quality initiatives.
4. Document and design network subnets, firewall rules, and load balancing based on application requirements.
5. Stage, deploy, and test configurations.
6. Resolve issues and escalate to DC network team management when necessary.
7. Implement new network-related equipment.
8. Design, plan, and document data center infrastructure, adhering to maintenance windows and change control procedures.
9. Coordinate with change management processes in SNOW and support divestiture market change requirements.
10. Manage tracking and remediation of network-related items in the risk registry; perform quarterly reviews with technical teams.
11. Support flexible working hours to accommodate multiple regions, including shift work for EMEA time zones. The role requires working from the office twice a week, following the schedule.
