Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a single-threaded leader across all CPE functions, including Platform, Operations, and Security.
2. Lead a large technical team responsible for driving the overall RHB enterprise architecture and migration to AWS/Azure platforms.
3. Align the products and services offered by Cloud Platform Engineering with the needs of RHB's Cloud adoption program.
4. Foster a spirit of innovation across all cloud technologies, including compute, storage, database, data analytics, application-level services, networking, and serverless solutions.
5. Educate and gain the support of senior executives on key cloud differentiators such as security, reliability, availability, cost, and time to market. Build understanding of enterprise technology adoption with relevant stakeholders as part of Change Management exercises.
6. Collaborate with application teams to understand and gather requirements for cloud platform development.
7. Transition operations of new cloud workloads to respective infrastructure teams for Business As Usual (BAU) support.
