Cinema Crew Part Time ( Plaza Gurney )

Job Responsibility

1. Provide excellent customer service to the customers.
2. Attend to inquiries or feedback from the customers.
3. Adhere to the Company Standard Operating Procedures.
4. Ensure hygiene of the Cinema premises & equipment.
5. Handle the point of sales system.
6. Regularly check halls to ensure movie pictures, sound, and subtitles are clear.

Job Requirements

1. Secondary school level and above
2. Passionate about the entertainment industry
3. Service-oriented & able to multi-task
4. Ability to work well with others
5. Able to perform rotating shifts including public holidays, weekends, and beyond midnight (late shift up to 4am)
