Job Responsibility

1. Provide excellent customer service to the customers and attend to inquiries/feedback
2. Sell tickets, food, and drinks
3. Adhere to the Company Standard Operating Procedures
4. Perform proper cash handling
5. Prepare food and drinks according to the Company’s standard
6. Ensure and maintain all facilities and cleanliness are adhered to Company’s standard
7. Perform all tasks according to all safety precautions
8. Ensure Standard Operating Procedure and PAT card scripts are followed
9. Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level in any fields
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
