Responsibilities
- HR Responsibilities: Process contract staff payroll and maintain accurate attendance records in the HR system.
- Ensure compliance with GSC SOPs, HR policies, and safety regulations (PDPA, OSHA, ERP, HACCP).
- Maintain and update staff records, including hiring, disciplinary actions, certifications, and leave schemes.
- Manage recruitment platforms (e.g., Maukerja) and assist in hiring and onboarding processes.
- Administrative Duties: Handle cash-related tasks including float disbursement, denomination replenishment, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of company assets (cash, stocks, equipment).
- Coordinate dispatch of documents/parcels and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support training and meeting arrangements, and manage cinema correspondence.
- Assist Cinema Management Team (CMT) in achieving KPIs and budget targets.
- Premises & Equipment: Support daily opening/closing of cinema and ensure all facilities and equipment are operational.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across all cinema areas (lobby, halls, washrooms, kiosks, etc.).
- Ensure daily checklists are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Communication & Reporting: Keep staff informed of updates from CMT and HQ.
- Compile and verify reports, maintain proper filing, and alert superiors of incidents.
- Monitor unauthorized access or unsupervised work and provide monthly performance analysis.
- Ensure operations meet audit standards and GSC compliance.
- Teamwork & Leadership: Lead by example to meet customer expectations.
- Support duties of Senior Supervisor and Cinema Assistant Manager as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Align tasks with company objectives and take on additional assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- At least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
- Preferably with knowledge of office management systems and procedures, payroll, and/or Human Resources skills or experience.
- Strong knowledge about cinema operations will be an added advantage.
- Experienced working as crew leader/Supervisor position with the company at least 1 year.
- Worked within the company with good performance, strong in administration and follow up.
- Good data entry skill, able to manage data accurately on a timely basis.
- Computer literacy (MS Office suite – Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
