Job Purpose

The GCC Professional handles requests from customers, partners, engineers, and internal teams, following SOPs and utilizing the knowledge base. This role is crucial in creating positive first impressions, fostering loyalty, and supporting future revenue growth.

Principal Responsibilities
  1. Handle calls from customers, partners, and engineers in required languages, specifying languages for KL or Lisbon.
  2. Create cases in Salesforce following SOPs.
  3. Manage calls and cases from start to finish, providing updates and coordinating with relevant parties.
  4. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks.
  5. Follow escalation procedures for transferring cases and information.
  6. Support Pass-Through Support cases with our partners until resolution.
  7. Assist with inquiries on our support portal.
  8. Work a 7x24 shift rotation as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent experience in required languages.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; strong communication skills.
  • Confident communicator in required languages.
  • Team player capable of working under pressure.
  • Experience in call centers and customer service.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with call management systems.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar applications.
  • Experience with the culture of the spoken language.
  • Additional language skills.
