Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist Assistant, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to join our team at WEECARE EECP (M) SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for assisting our in-house pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of TCM remedies and supplements to our patients.

What you’ll be doing

• Accurately prepare and package TCM herbal medicines, tinctures, and supplements as per the pharmacist’s instructions
• Dispense TCM remedies to patients and provide guidance on proper usage and dosage
• Maintain detailed records of inventory, orders, and patient information
• Assist the pharmacist in conducting consultations and providing recommendations to patients
• Ensure the TCM dispensary and storage areas are well‑organised and comply with all relevant regulations
• Participate in continuous learning opportunities to stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in TCM

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or in a similar role within a TCM clinic or pharmacy
• Excellent knowledge of TCM herbs, formulations, and their therapeutic applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Effective communication skills and a patient‑centric approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Age 30‑40 years old are welcome to apply
