Job summary

Clarivate is seeking an Associate Content Analyst to support the Penang team in enhancing the quality of Chinese Researcher Profiles on the Web of Science platform.

The role focuses on content curation, validation, and stakeholder engagement within a global team. You will review profiles for accurate publications, affiliations, and author information, applying bibliometric best practices and life sciences knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in academic publishing or bibliometrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Chinese for editorial tasks.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Researcher Profile Review & Validation: Review Chinese Researcher Profiles to ensure accurate attribution of publications, affiliations, and author information.
• Bibliographic Analysis & Correction: Identify and resolve bibliographic discrepancies and update metadata.
• Collaboration with Global Teams: Align with content operations and quality specialists across regions.
• Stakeholder Support: Assist in clarifying profile information and addressing data quality issues.
• Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance: Stay current with bibliographic publishing practices to improve data quality.
