Job summary

Haleon, a world-class consumer health company, is seeking a Finance Controller for China HQ/Consolidation. You will deliver high-quality management reporting, analytics, and insights to support decision-making across planning, forecast, and results.

The role bridges planning outputs with business understanding, owning reporting accuracy, consolidations, and performance diagnostics. A 1-year fixed-term contract with potential conversion based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, financial controlling and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience coordinating across multiple units and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, consolidate total China results and analytics process from FPCRA perspective.
• Full P&L management and support for a $1billion business.
• Provide analytical support across forecast, plan, and update cycles.
• Consolidate Net Sales results by category and deep-dive into Price/Volume.
• Ensure data integrity and standardization of reporting across systems and markets.
• Drive automation and use of analytics tools; lead adoption of AI tools.
• Coordinate analytical deliverables across OU teams and collaborate with global teams.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team; close collaboration with China FP&A.
