We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive technology strategy, build high-performance teams, and lead the development of secure, scalable solutions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a forward-thinking technology strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals and growth roadmap.

Build, lead, and mentor a world-class engineering and IT team; foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to create competitive advantages and elevate customer experience.

Architect and oversee scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure and systems to support current operations and future expansion.

Collaborate with product managers to align technical feasibility with product vision, ensuring seamless execution from concept to launch.

Define and manage a clear technology roadmap with achievable milestones, efficient resource planning, and timely delivery.

Implement robust security and compliance practices to safeguard company data and mitigate technological risks.

Manage the technology budget with a focus on efficiency, performance, and innovation ROI.

Work closely with the CEO, COO, and executive team to integrate technology with business strategy and support company-wide decision-making.

Act as a technical advisor to the leadership team, translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights.

Requirements:

15+ years in technology leadership CTO, VP Engineering, or similar.

Proven track record of scaling tech teams (50+ engineers) and delivering complex products under tight deadlines.

Deep expertise in:

Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps (CI/CD, Kubernetes).

Cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.

Experience in fast-growing environments is highly desirable.

Comfortable in a hands-on, high-responsibility role in a dynamic, growth-oriented company.
