The role requires a strong track record in scaling digital platforms, deep IT governance knowledge, and a hands-on approach to governance, compliance, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record scaling digital platforms or technology-enabled businesses.
• Strong exposure to IT governance, cybersecurity, system architecture and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and investors.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organisation’s long-term strategy aligned with business objectives and tech trends.
• Provide leadership to the senior management team for delivery of key priorities.
• Drive innovation and growth through product direction and transformation initiatives.
• Lead platform-based business models with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
• Oversee technology, product, operations, commercial, and risk for integrated performance.
• Collaborate with the Board on strategic matters shaping future growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Ensure sustainable performance through planning, resource allocation, and efficiency.
• Uphold regulatory, governance and data-related policies; ensure compliance.
