We're looking for an experienced Chief Steward or aspiring to be required for our Food & Beverage Division.

Job Summary

Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department including supervision of cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas. He or she will be leading a brigade team of passionate stewarding colleagues.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • Fluent in oral and writtenEnglish and local dialects,an added advantage.
  • Good working knowledge and experience in Food Safety Management - HACCP procedures and controls
  • Good leadership quality, a team builder and a good trainer.
  • Creative and passionate and leads by example.
  • Willing to work flexible hours
