Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic Stewarding Supervisor to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across kitchens. The ideal candidate will have significant experience, a diploma in Hospitality, and strong leadership skills to ensure operational excellence in a luxury hotel environment.

Oversee daily stewarding operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchens and F&B areas.
Supervise cleaning processes for kitchenware, chinaware, silverware, and kitchen equipment.
Implement and monitor cyclical cleaning, pest control, and waste management procedures.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the timely availability of clean and sanitized equipment.
Monitor and control breakages and losses through effective tracking and handling procedures.
Liaise with Executive Chef, Catering Manager, Restaurant Managers, and other F&B leadership to anticipate operational needs.
Uphold the hotel’s safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards by implementing best practices in stewarding.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in stewarding operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in a luxury hotel or large-scale banquet operations is preferred.
Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or relevant field.
Food Safety & Hygiene certification is an advantage.
Ability to implement and monitor cost control and waste reduction practices.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across multiple departments.
