Chief Security Officer

Job Descriptions

· To assist in coordinating, monitoring and supervising the security function in all assigned areas to ensure safety of the staff, tenant.

· To check and ensure that all security officers are dressed in appropriate uniforms, presentable and of the best personal hygiene.

· To monitor security officer’s attendance, to plan manpower and assign security officers to particular areas.

· To advise and work closely with HR Dept on the security staff matters, new recruitment, resignation, leave, sick leave and disciplinary actions.

· To monitor and guide the efficiency and effectiveness of all security officers in handling security matters during operational hours.

· To be present and attend to any authorities, Police, BOMBA or governmental officials such as DOSH and etc. during operational hours.

· To handle complaints and to take appropriate and immediate measures in resolving security issues during operational hours.

· To conduct In-house Training for all the Security Guards.

· Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

· Possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field.

· Malaysia citizen.

· At least 8 years of working experience in similar capacity.

· Excellent health condition and vision with no physical impairments.

· Must have a clear criminal record.

· In-depth knowledge of safety and security procedures.

· Excellent knowledge of local legislation and requirements.

· Sound judgment and decision-making skills.

· High level of integrity, accountability and professionalism.
