KPJ Healthcare Berhad seeks a Chief Pharmacist to plan, develop, and manage pharmaceutical services in line with modern practice and regulatory requirements. The role ensures safe dispensing, regulatory compliance, and effective collaboration with MOH and internal teams.

The incumbent will oversee budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives while providing expert guidance to pharmacists, prescribers, and nurses to enhance patient care.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy and registration with the Malaysian Board of Pharmacy.
• Advanced degrees (MBA/MPH/MCPharm) are advantageous for leadership roles.
• Poison License A is required and regulatory compliance experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan, develop and manage pharmaceutical services in line with modern practice and policy.
• Ensure compliance with MoH and regulatory acts; oversee inspections and documentation.
• Lead budgeting, staff rosters, and procurement; monitor KPIs and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide professional advice to staff and prescribers; supervise extemporaneous preparations.
• Conduct patient counseling and maintain high standards of safe dispensing.
