Job Description:

  • Overall operational project management.
  • Operational team leadership and development.
  • Client interaction, support, and satisfaction.
  • Quality and standards compliance.
  • Budget and resource management.
  • Strategic planning.
  • Lead the Continuous Improvement Program.
  • Establish operational management governance.
  • Systematization of operations and adoption.
  • Enhance operational organization structure and roles.
  • Develop performance standard and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology.
  • Stay up to date with the latest best practices.
  • Work with customers to present a business and technical perspective on the
    company's solutions.
  • Facilitating demonstrations, training and presentations to help clients discover andunderstand products/services.
  • Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Explore opportunities to cross sell and upsell to existing clients.
  • Provide advisory and consulting services to clients to develop future requirements.
  • Lead at least one stretch project continuously.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years managerial experience in the industrial automation and robotics industry.
  • Experienced in sales operations and business development.
  • Experienced in business process optimization and improvement.

Remuneration:

Up to MYR 18,000 (negotiable)
