About the Job: This role will be reporting to the CEO of the organisation. The primary responsibilities of the COO are to promote, develop and expand the business of the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

Job Description:

• Operational Leadership: Directing and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

• Financial Management: Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Supply Chain Oversight: Managing relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize the supply chain and maintain product availability.

• Sales and Marketing Support: Working closely with sales and marketing teams to identify market opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring company operations adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies, while proactively managing potential risks.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
• At least 10 - 15 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership position.
• Possess own transport for interstate travelling.
