Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations while supporting the company’s financial sustainability and digital evolution. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in operations management, complemented by proficiency in financial oversight and technology-driven process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily business operations and ensure operational excellence across all departments.
Create positive vibes, introduce productive working culture and corporate leadership values.
Translate strategic vision into actionable plans, workflows, and performance metrics.
Identify and address operational inefficiencies; implement best practices to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution of business priorities.
Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), KPIs, and quality control measures.
Collaborate closely with the Finance team to manage budgets, forecasting, payment collection and financial reporting.
Monitor operational costs and propose improvements for cost efficiency.
Evaluate and manage key financial metrics to support business decisions and growth targets.
Champion the use of automation, data analytics, and digital platforms to support smarter decision-making and customer experience.
Support the company business services and SLA as the company provide mission critical tech like SMS banking, Omni channel, etc
Strategic Planning & Growth
Support the BoD in strategic planning and execution.
Participate in expansion plans, M&A evaluations, and scaling initiatives.
Identify and mitigate operational risks and compliance issues.
Team Management & Culture
Build, lead, and mentor high-performing operations teams.
Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operational roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Strong working knowledge of financial principles and reporting.
Familiarity with enterprise tech systems, digital transformation, and data-driven operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven experience as COO, General Manager, or in a similar executive role in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development.
Strength must be on Operational & Admin, minor on Finance, Technical, HR.
