About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join MG GLOBAL ELITE SDN BHD's as their Chief Marketing Officer. As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and leading a talented team of marketing professionals. This is a full-time position based in Bertam, Penang.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services

Lead the marketing team in creating and executing impactful campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print and events

Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts

Manage the marketing budget and continuously optimise marketing spend to achieve the best return on investment

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, tools and best practices

Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the marketing team

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies

Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, content marketing and advertising

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions

Proven experience in managing and leading a marketing team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments
