Role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Overview

To lead the company's financial strategy and operations. This role combines financial expertise with a deep understanding of overall business operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving financial performance, managing diverse business units, and building high-performing teams.

How you'll add value

You will work alongside the Group Managing Director to:

  1. Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives, ensuring financial stability and sustainability.
  2. Investor Relations: Manage communication with shareholders, analysts, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and foster investor confidence.
  3. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to provide insights that support data-driven decisions.
  4. Risk Management & Compliance: Oversee internal controls, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk management frameworks.
  5. Capital Optimization: Lead fundraising, capital structuring, and corporate exercises to support expansion and maximize shareholder value.
  6. Strategic Partnerships & M&A: Identify and evaluate opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances to promote growth and market positioning.
  7. Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with leaders to improve cost structures, streamline operations, and increase profitability.
  8. ESG and Sustainability Initiatives: Promote ESG strategies to meet stakeholder expectations and position the company as a leader in sustainability.
  9. Digital Transformation: Utilize technology to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational agility.
