Job summary

A leading travel company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance functions. This role requires a proven leader with extensive financial experience, strategic insight, and the ability to drive digital transformation within the finance team. Job description

Lead all aspects of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Oversee corporate finance, investor relations, and cash flow management.

Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis and projections.

Develop financial models and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business growth and informed decision-making.

Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations (both local and international).

Manage internal finance teams and external financial partners (e.g., auditors, banks).

Optimize capital structure and manage funding strategies.

Drive digital transformation and process automation within finance functions.

Participate in key decisions involving mergers, acquisitions, or investments.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).

MIA, ACCA, or equivalent financial certification is an advantage.

Minimum 10–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally including CFO experience or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of financial law, corporate governance, and risk management.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficient in financial software

Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
