An international healthcare company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial operations in Vietnam. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring the company's financial health, developing strategic financial plans, managing risks, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency to support sustainable business growth.

Job Description

• Formulate and implement financial strategies that support business goals.
• Supervise financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls while managing financial risks and ensuring compliance.
• Offer strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership team.
• Oversee cash flow, capital investments, and working capital to maintain financial stability.
• Foster relationships with auditors, tax authorities, financial institutions, and legal advisors.
• Identify and drive process enhancements to improve financial reporting and cost management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial management within a multinational organisation.
• Strong leadership and ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the company.
• Demonstrated expertise in enhancing financial efficiency, mitigating risks, and optimising operations.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and accounting standards.
