Job description

Have all powers, duties, and liabilities as CEO. You are expected to bring objectivity and independence to the Yayasan and help provide the Yayasan with effective leadership in relation to the Company’s strategy, performance, and ensuring high standards of financial probity and corporate governance. You will be expected to attend the board, the board committees, the annual general meetings, and other relevant meetings as required from time to time.

To develop and recommend policies and the annual business plan for approval by the board.

To communicate policies and the business plan to staff with the objectives of implementing such policies and the business plan.

To manage the Group structure to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

To actively monitor adherence to approved corporate values, policies, organizational and procedural controls, and compliance requirements.

Evaluate the company’s financial, operational, sales, and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and increased operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a top-level management role within a Yayasan or non-profit organization.
• Possess at least a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• An MBA qualification will be highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills.
• Highly adaptable, resilient, result-oriented, and performance-driven with acute business acumen.
• Eminent leadership skills to lead a highly dynamic and robust team.
• Excellent command of professional written and oral English; strong writing and presentation skills are preferred.
• Good understanding of finance management (e.g., P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Strong organizational skills and high self-discipline.
