Company And Job Overview

Our client is an IT consulting firm specializing in SAP solutions, with operations spreading across Japan, China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, India and UAE. The role will be responsible for group-level management strategy across Malaysia, India, and UAE, overseeing sales and recruitment departments, and ensuring business growth and operational excellence across all locations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute group-wide strategies and long-term business plans across Malaysia, India, and UAE
  • Lead and manage the sales and recruitment departments, ensuring performance and alignment with goals
  • Create and implement annual budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive revenue and profit growth
  • Build strategic partnerships and expand the customer base across regions.
  • Establish governance structures, workflows, and internal reporting aligned with group policies
  • Report business performance to the Managing Director, Board of Directors, and shareholders, and collaborate with finance on receivables and progress tracking



Job Requirements

  • 5–10 years of leadership experience in IT human resource operations or corporate management (CEO/business leader level in 50+ person organizations)
  • Proven track record of generating MYR 50 million+ annual revenue in IT human resource business within the past 5 years
  • More than 5 years of experience in SAP-related resource business, AMS, or project-based work
  • Familiarity with IT tools such as Dynamics, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce in sales or operations
  • Strong network with SAP user companies that can be leveraged post-hire
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work in cross-border, multicultural environments with native-level English proficiency
