About us

Your Contribution

• Responsible for developing and optimizing new process flows for optical component products.
• Develop the Process Control Plan and IPQC test plan in collaboration with process engineers.
• Design experiments (DoE) and analyze results using statistical software to improve assembly yield.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Engineering, Process Development, Modeling, Yield Enhancement, Failure Analysis, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Summarize complex problems, develop action plans, and build consensus to drive solutions.
• Define and meet project milestones within overall program timelines.
• Work closely with Manufacturing during the transfer of new products and technologies from R&D to production.

Your Profile

• Extensive knowledge of high-volume manufacturing processes in semiconductor or optical component industries.
• Understanding of process integration and optical device physics.
• Proficiency in data analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Target-driven with high execution focus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process integration within the semiconductor or optical industry.
• BSc/MSC/PhD in Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, Photonics, Physics, or Optics.
