We are seeking a Chemist to manage the laboratory's chemistry section, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analytical results. The Chemist will supervise a team of 4-5 Quality Assurance Assistants, fostering a professional and efficient work environment.

A Day in the Life...

• Organize and oversee all analytical activities within the chemistry section to ensure result accuracy and reliability.
• Supervise laboratory personnel, promoting a professional environment for analytical work.
• Enhance team skills through continuous training and performance reviews.
• Implement and maintain quality systems compliant with MS ISO IEC17025 and Nestlé standards.
• Provide guidance on Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and internal control plans to ensure optimal laboratory operations.

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science field (Chemistry, Biochemistry)
• 3-5 years of experience working with sophisticated instruments (ICP-OES, ICP-MS, GC, HPLC, etc.), with preference for registered chemists with IKM.
