Responsibilities

• Perform synthetic chemistry experiments and raw material qualification verification to ensure materials meet production specifications.
• Conduct process optimization experiments to reduce manufacturing costs and record results faithfully in lab notebooks, summarizing findings and proposing scale‑up recommendations.
• Partner with production workshop to resolve deviations and assist in preparing production documents.
• Follow EHS requirements strictly, identify lab hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain synthesis lab and instruments for safe, efficient and neat operation.
