Job description

Ensures product quality by performing daily tests on mosquito coil batches, analyzing raw materials, and coordinating with teams to meet customer and export standards.

Responsibilities

➢ Perform daily analysis of batch production of coils and address customer-

specific testing requirements.

➢ Monitor test results for incoming raw materials and finished goods.

➢ Prepare data analysis and reports, particularly for export market.

➢ Communicate with customers on quality specification, requirements and issues.

➢ Implement and monitor MIL-STD-105E AQL standards to ensure accurate

quality testing through sample inspections.

➢ Utilize the 7 QC tools to collect data, translate it into useful information, and

support effective analysis and problem-solving.

➢ Oversee departmental manpower planning, including management of overtime,

staff cost, leave and disciplinary matters.

➢ Ensure the laboratory environment adheres to cleanliness standards and 5S

principles at all times.

➢ Collaborate effectively with other departments to support seamless production

operations.

➢ Promptly report departmental issues and updates to the Factory

Manager/Management.

➢ Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications

➢ Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field.

➢ Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a laboratory or manufacturing

environment is preferred.

➢ Strong knowledge of chemical testing, quality control procedures, and product

analysis.

➢ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and laboratory data

software.

➢ Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and

spoken

➢ Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a

team.

➢ Strong analytic thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
