Job summary

Bottega Mediterranea Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks passionate kitchen professionals to join our team. You will manage daily kitchen operations, prepare and present dishes that meet our authentic Italian standards, and ensure consistent quality, portions, and presentation.

We value strong teamwork, leadership, and knowledge of food safety. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with opportunities to train juniors and collaborate with front-of-house for seamless

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of kitchen experience, preferably in Italian or Western cuisine.
• Culinary/Hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Good cooking techniques and knowledge of food safety & hygiene.
• Food Handler Certificate and typhoid vaccination, or willingness to obtain.
• Good teamwork, communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
