Job summary

ARBRE CAFE SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook food to our recipes and standards, manage your kitchen section, and ensure quality and presentation.

You will maintain hygiene, monitor stock, minimize wastage, and support junior Kitchen Crew when needed. The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, weekends and holidays, and a good understanding of food safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role preferred
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Responsible, organized, and team-oriented
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
