Job summary

A luxury hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to assist with running the kitchen department efficiently. You will supervise your assigned section, ensure high-quality food preparation, and meet the standards expected by guests and management. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or comparable experience in a high-standard environment. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the efficient running of the kitchen department.
  • Supervise the assigned station/section of the outlet kitchen.
  • Prepare a consistent, high-quality product.
