A leading company in the food and beverage industry is seeking full-time personnel for its outlet. Ideal candidates should possess a friendly and energetic personality, be responsible and punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for those with no prior experience. Responsibilities encompass serving customers, managing payments, and ensuring efficient food service.
No prior experience required; training will be provided. (Note: This point is not applicable to first-time joiners of the related outlet.)
Must possess a friendly personality and be energetic, responsible, punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time personnel are required to work 6 days a week, with 7.5 working hours per day and a 1-hour break.
Rolling shifts will be scheduled by the shop/outlet supervisor.
Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Welcome and serve customers professionally — always be polite and wear a smile.
Handle both cash and cashless payments using proper payment procedures.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard procedures and customer orders.
Respond to customer questions, complaints, and feedback in a polite and efficient manner.
Evaluate and suggest improvements for processes to enhance service quality and efficiency.
