Job summary

Yeo Hiap Seng (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Chargeman A4 certified technician to perform routine electrical maintenance on the production line and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, sensors, and PLCs. You will monitor line performance, record maintenance logs, coordinate with the Maintenance Team, and uphold HACCP and GMP safety procedures to ensure consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• Certification in Chargeman A4 or higher required.
• Experience performing routine electrical maintenance on a production line.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, sensors and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, basic repairs and all electrical matters on production line
• Perform electrical maintenance work in compliance with chargeman scope
• Troubleshoot electrical panel, motor, sensors & PLC related issues
• Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical problems during production to reduce downtime
• Record data on machine performance and maintenance logs
• Coordinate & communicate with Maintenance Team on all machine issues (electrical & mechanical)
• Monitor production line to ensure smooth operation and consistent product quality
• Follow workplace safety procedure, food safety procedure (HACCP & GMP) & all standard SOP during maintenance activities
