AHM DYNAMIC ENTERPRISE is seeking an experienced Chargeman A1 to lead our Electrical/Electronic Engineering team in Selangor. This full‑time role involves supervising technical staff, ensuring safety, coordinating maintenance and electrical projects, and mentoring junior engineers.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised electrical engineering qualification, a valid Chargeman A1 license, and 5–7 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and a focus on safety are essential.

• Valid Chargeman A1 certification or equivalent licence relevant to jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in electrical engineering, installation or maintenance.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing technical teams.

• Supervise and coordinate electrical engineering teams to ensure efficient execution of installation, maintenance and repair tasks.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Plan and schedule electrical work activities, resource allocation and project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior electricians and technical staff.
• Monitor and maintain electrical equipment, systems and installations to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify technical problems and implement effective solutions while maintaining safety standards.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs and documentation as required.
• Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met and communicated effectively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards and company policies.
• Train and develop team members on electrical systems, safety procedures and best practices.

About the role

AHM DYNAMIC ENTERPRISE is seeking an experienced Chargeman A1 to join our Electrical/Electronic Engineering team. This is a full-time position based in Selangor. As Chargeman A1, you will take a leadership and supervisory role in electrical and electronic engineering operations, overseeing technical teams and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of electrical projects and maintenance activities. This position is strategically important to our organisation, as you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity across electrical engineering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical engineering teams to ensure efficient execution of installation, maintenance and repair tasks

What we’re looking for

• Recognised electrical engineering qualification or equivalent technical certification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Valid Chargeman A1 certification or equivalent licence relevant to your jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in electrical engineering, installation or maintenance
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, codes and regulations
• Proficiency with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work methodically, prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines
• Commitment to health and safety standards and continuous professional development
• Valid driving licence would be an advantage for site visits and project management
