A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Channel Sales Executive to foster and manage postpaid channel partner relationships. The role involves achieving sales objectives and recruiting new partners while ensuring compliance with partner agreements. Candidates must have relevant sales experience, strong communication skills, and transport availability. Opportunities exist across various states in Malaysia.

Role Overview
Responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned postpaid channel partners within the designated territory of the state.
Responsible for achieving sales and partner recruitment objectives.
Represents the full range of company products and services to assigned partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Establishes productive, professional relationships with all levels (Agency/PS/PNC/NC/SA) of partners in assigned territory.
Meets assigned targets for profitable postpaid activation in assigned partner accounts.
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, with a productive & active partner relationship.
Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
Escalates or refers potential channel conflict to CSM by monitoring communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Constantly feeds back competitor activity within the assigned territory to superiors for potential countermeasures.
Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
Drives adoption of various company programs among assigned partners.
Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
Deliver customer/partner presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences (where applicable)
Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
Constantly updating sales & visitation reports via redONE CM App as well as territory mapping.
Perform additional tasks as required and necessary.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Channel Management, or specializing in regional sales or equivalent is required for this position.
Strong communication skills, dynamic, result-oriented, with excellent presentation skills.
Highly motivated and driven to achieve higher sales commissions.
Preferably with Telco experience, but not essential.
Personal qualities: Positive, passionate, collaborative, and able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, as well as being a team player.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients), and English.
Must have own transport.
Positions available in multiple locations: Penang, Kedah, Perak, Terengganu, Sabah and Sarawak (candidates based in these states or locations are highly encouraged to apply).
