Job summary

A leading telco-tech company in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to join their dynamic team. The role involves cold calling, delivering sales scripts, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates are results-driven, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education qualification: SPM.
  • Experience in sales or telemarketing is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade customers.
  • Explain products, services, and prices; answer customer questions.

Job Description:

This is a third-party contract role.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on board.

You are:

  • Confident in cold calling customers.
  • Excellent in oral communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven, motivated for sales, persistent, and self-motivated to succeed.
  • Able to work as a team member and handle multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable, able to work on new campaigns and priorities as they arise.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prepared sales scripts that describe products or services to persuade customers to purchase.
  • Explain products, services, and prices; answer customer questions.
  • Obtain customer information such as plan/services purchased and payment methods, and record into our systems following set processes.
  • Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations; report needed changes.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving results as needed.
  • Complete assigned tasks and call lists.

Your Merits:

  • Minimum education qualification: SPM.
  • Experience in sales or telemarketing is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
