Channel Manager

Job Title: Business Development, Sales (Mandarin Speaker)

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field.
2. Prefer Mandarin speakers (for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking audiences).
3. 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably for kitchen cabinets and wardrobe related products.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of your branch offices to ensure processes are efficient and effective.
2. Assist customers in product selection and provide professional advice on kitchen and wardrobe solutions.
3. Maintain an organised, attractive retail environment.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and process cash and card payments.
5. Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in interior design.
7. Support store operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
