- Develop and execute a dynamic lead generation plan, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and annual targets.
- Drive new account development, engaging with key decision makers and assessing client needs to deliver innovative solutions.
- Strategically organize and schedule sales activities, including exiting marketing initiatives to boost promotions.
- Regularly follow up with prospects to swiftly close deals, actively listening to understand their needs and budgets to recommend the perfect product or package.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in the related field.
- Proven sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative while working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM Software and other sales tools; ability to speak and understand Chinese is a plus.
