Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a dynamic lead generation plan, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and annual targets.
  • Drive new account development, engaging with key decision makers and assessing client needs to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Strategically organize and schedule sales activities, including exiting marketing initiatives to boost promotions.
  • Regularly follow up with prospects to swiftly close deals, actively listening to understand their needs and budgets to recommend the perfect product or package.
  • Participate in exciting company events and networking opportunities to expand your professional connections.
  • Continuously refine and enhance your skills to drive business growth and exceed targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experiences in the related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Proven sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative while working independently
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and other sales tools; ability to speak and understand Chinese is a plus.
