General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage partner marketing activity plans, support partner precision marketing activities.
  • Expand commercial market channels, maintain channel relationships, be responsible for channel satisfaction, assist channels in expanding commercial market customers, and undertake commercial sales target tasks.
  • Understand and implement channel strategies and regional business strategies, gain insights into business opportunities and channel ecology, formulate regional market channel development strategies and effectively implement them.
  • Cooperate with the business development team to help achieve sales goals, channel sales, and performance targets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy channel ecosystem in the responsible industry or regional market.
  • Integrate channel marketing resources to help channel partners effectively achieve Huawei's goals and attain a win-win situation.
  • Coordinate sell-out, inventory, purchase management, and demand forecasting for each account.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience as a Channel Manager/Account Manager and market development experience in renewable energy (Data Center Facilities and Smart PV) industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
  • Recognize the value of cooperation with partners, with relevant work experience in channel and partner development, management, and operation preferred.
  • Adaptable to multi-cultural environments, with the ability to learn and understand technical products and principles quickly.
  • Understanding of the company's business with some experience in integrated project sales.
  • Basic knowledge of channel marketing and sales, able to view cooperation from a third-party perspective, and promote cooperation implementation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills: capable of market expansion, customer interface communication, and building good relationships with partners, with good understanding, expression, communication, coordination, and resource integration capabilities.
  • Partnership understanding and construction skills: able to understand enterprise business integration, platform, and ecosystem, and help partners build Huawei products and solutions from a partner operations perspective, including pre-sales, sales, after-sales, branding, etc.
