Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing vendor providing cloud-native Digital OSS / BSS platforms to Telecom service providers and AI-enhanced Martech, Digital Engagement, CX, and WFA software to Enterprise customers.

For example, their AI-Driven cloud-based platform for a North American service provider, which includes AI Data Analytics, CRM, product catalog, order management, billing, customer management, and API gateway on AWS, made them a finalist for a major industry award.

The client has a workforce of 1000-1500 employees and offers its products through the AWS cloud storefront. They seek a professional capable of expanding this presence to other hyperscalers like Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The role also involves recruiting regional channels and resellers to generate revenue and supporting sales staff with training and documentation.

This position is primarily as a sole contributor working closely with the client's CCO to develop a channel, alliance, and partner strategy that drives revenue.

Experience and Technical Knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a software vendor in the communications industry, focusing on alliances, partner management, or channel capacity.
  • Experience managing global partners (OEMs, technology providers, resellers).
  • Experience in managing agreements with resellers and channel partners that lead to successful sales.
Language

Excellent command of English.

Job Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in existing and new partner accounts.
  • Coordinate with support, service, and management resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
  • Achieve targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned partner accounts.
  • Lead joint partner planning to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
  • Continuously assess and clarify partner needs.
  • Manage channel conflict by fostering excellent communication and adhering to channel rules.
