Renowned for building sustainable communities and driving regional economic growth, they are currently seeking a visionary and high-caliber Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive their financial strategy, corporate governance, and long-term value creation.
As a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will provide strategic financial leadership across the Group. You will act as a trusted strategic partner to the Board of Directors and the Group Managing Director, overseeing capital allocation, treasury, corporate finance, and risk management to ensure the Group's financial sustainability and enhance shareholder value.
Financial Strategy: Formulate and execute a robust financial strategy aligned with the Group’s long-term corporate goals and business growth initiatives.
M&A and Investments: Lead strategic capital allocation, corporate finance initiatives, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and divestments.
Executive Advisory: Advise the Board and Executive Management on financial performance, high-value investment opportunities, funding mechanisms, and macro business risks.
Statutory Compliance: Guarantee the absolute integrity of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts in strict compliance with MFRS and statutory requirements.
Bursa Malaysia & Risk Governance: Strengthen internal control frameworks and enterprise risk management practices to ensure total compliance with Bursa Malaysia listing requirements, the Companies Act, and tax regulations.
Auditor Relations: Serve as the primary liaison for Internal/External Auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Division Leadership: Mentor, develop, and upscale the Finance Division, fostering a culture of high performance, financial discipline, and operational excellence.
KPI Management: Lead the annual budgeting process, establish corporate financial KPIs, and develop performance dashboards to optimize group-wide decision-making.
