We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, deep financial expertise, and a proactive approach to business management and planning.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
2. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
3. Provide strategic financial insights to support the company's decision-making process
4. Manage the company's financial risk and ensure adequate controls are in place
5. Lead the finance team and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance
6. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address financial challenges
7. Represent the company's financial interests in dealings with external stakeholders, such as investors and auditors

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA/ACCA preferred)
2. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, with prior experience in Singapore companies preferred
3. Excellent understanding of financial management principles
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
6. Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team
