Job Description

The role involves managing technical reports and documentation related to Energy Management and Indoor Air Quality, including monthly energy savings reports and data updates as per the Concession Agreement.

Responsibilities include planning and executing strategic performance activities such as internal and external audits, managing innovation projects like Active FM, IoTACS, UVGI, renewable energy initiatives, and sustainability programs such as ECM retrofitting and EPC. The position also requires ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards (ISO, DOSH, DOE, etc.), and maintaining stakeholder engagement across internal and external parties.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage reports and documentation for Energy Management and Indoor Air Quality.
  • Conduct and oversee internal and external audits in line with company standards and agreements.
  • Manage and implement innovative technologies and sustainability projects.
  • Coordinate tender processes for ECM and EPC projects, including technical specifications and evaluations.
  • Participate in relevant training certifications.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain health, safety, security, and environmental practices according to legal and company standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align project and company goals.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Civil, Environmental, Architecture, or Building Services Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Energy Management Systems, IAQ, or related fields.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred.

  • Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Low Voltage, and Sustainable Infrastructure Services.
