Job Description
We are seeking a qualified professional to oversee Energy Management and Indoor Air Quality initiatives. The role involves preparing technical reports, managing audits, implementing innovative technologies, and ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and manage technical reports and documentation related to Energy Management and Indoor Air Quality, including monthly savings reports and data updates as per the Concession Agreement.
- Plan and execute Service Provider (SP) activities such as internal audits and manage external audits for standards like LEED, GBI, and others, in accordance with the Concession Agreement and SOP.
- Manage and coordinate innovative projects and technologies such as Active FM, IoTACS, UVGI, Renewable Energy, Rainwater Harvesting, and Energy Performance Contracting.
- Plan, execute, and monitor Sustainability Programs including Energy Conservation Measures and Energy Performance Contracting, involving tender processes and project management to meet the company's operational targets.
- Attend relevant competency training and certifications related to IAQ, PEM, CPMV, and others.
- Ensure services comply with quality and environmental management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain health, safety, security, and environmental practices in accordance with HSSE policies, regulations, and standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally to align with the company's vision and mission.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Civil, Environmental, Architecture, Building Services).
- 1-3 years of experience in Energy Management Systems, IAQ, or related fields.
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification is preferred.
- Experience assisting with Green Building Certification Programs, asset maintenance, indoor air quality, waste management, and energy contracting.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Low Voltage Systems, and Sustainable Infrastructure.
