Job summary

doit Holdings seeks a seasoned executive to build and own a regulated investment platform in Malaysia, serving as the SC's named Responsible Person, leading registration, forming the operating company, and launching when approved.

You will manage technology, security, compliance and operations, oversee partner relationships with licensed intermediaries, own P&L and growth, and ensure transparent, compliant operations while keeping the board informed.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in regulated financial services or fintech.
• Experience with capital markets or regulated technology.
• Direct exposure to capital market intermediation, distribution or market operation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end registration with the SC, from pre-application to launch.
• Act as the Responsible Person and sign the readiness declaration.
• Build the operating company across technology, security, compliance and operations.
• Own partner relationships with licensed intermediaries and fund managers, including AML responsibilities.
• Own P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics and operating performance.
• Run the platform with fair, transparent fees and a practical rulebook.
• Keep the board informed and support oversight duties.
