About the role

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at HAP FATT MARINE PRODUCTS SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and overall management of the company. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this full-time role is based in Lahad Datu, Sabah.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing the company's strategic vision and long-term objectives
• Overseeing all business operations and ensuring efficient and effective management of resources
• Building and leading a high-performing executive team to achieve the company's goals
• Representing the company to external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and industry partners
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation across the organization
• Regularly reporting on business performance to the Board of Directors

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or equivalent in the marine products industry
• A proven track record of successfully leading and scaling a business, with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• A deep understanding of the marine products industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• A visionary mindset and the ability to drive innovation and change within the organization
