Job Responsibility
- Ensure smooth running of center operation, delegate work responsibility among staffs e.g. Follow up with customer, duties, stocks issue, machine issue, HQ reports and etc.
- Manage and coach a beautician to meet and exceed the sales targets.
- Developing creative promotions and cross selling key products and services, create new innovative ideas that can help to improve current system/operation. Monitored sales progress and achieved 100% of all personal sales / center sales goals throughout tenure.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and Motivate your employees, working with them to achieve growth, set and meet sales goals. Lead and ensure the team in number of consultations, maintaining satisfactory sales volume and quality performance / customer retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in managing a beauty centre and sales operations in beauty industry.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating the team.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin an added advantage.
- A result sales oriented person.
- Willing to work on weekend & public holiday.
